About Us

We offer a machining service for one off and small batch components, using both CNC and manual machine tools to produce the parts you want at a competitive price.

We are based in central England.

We are able to machine complete parts or to carry out just one process upon them, for example to grind a hardened part.

We offer a roughing/stock removal service to allow for later finishing of complex parts to remove the necessity of using expensive machine tools for this purpose.

Jigs/fixtures and special tooling can all be produced to your requirements.

Repair work is also undertaken on machine tools, farm/plant equipment to get them running again as soon as possible.

Turning and Milling

We are able to Turn and Mill a workpiece by CNC and manual methods to get your parts made quickly and up to standard.

We offer a roughing/stock removal service to free up expensive machining time on complex parts.

Additionally we machine rough castings.

A small gearbox shaft made from EN 24 steel

This jig is for a pair of hydraulic parts

It locates one part on one side and the other part on the other

The jig has been fully machined on its internal and external faces

Some gear blanks having their drive teeth milled, machined from EN9 steel, to have teeth milled and hardened

A test cut to prove the feed,speed and insert combination for a fine finish

Grinding

We are able to offer a surface and cylindrical grinding service on hardened parts, such as shafts,mandrels,Injection moulding components and specialised tooling.

the corners of this jig have been ground to give clearance and to reduce the likelyhood of knocks swelling the edges

Two bolt holes hold the jig in place and the four smaller holes locate and secure the part

EDM/Spark eroder/Die sinker

We can machine components,complete Injection moulds by the spark erosion/Die sink EDM process.The machining being CNC controlled.

Casting

We are able to make casting patterns for simpler components and arrange for the castings to be poured, They can then be machined by us or returned to you for machining.
